Emma Brock generally creates canvas paintings of both children and pets, working from a portrait photograph taken by herself of from a family photograph. Emma Brock also receives commissions based on photographs of other subjects including famous faces and architecture.
Each canvas painting is hand painted with acrylic on canvas with a two colour palette, focusing on creating a strong contrast within the two colours limiting the use of mid tones. This allows Emma Brock to produce unique pieces of artwork or prints of originals on request.
